Previous experience in schools or with young students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder is highly valued. Preferred Qualifications and Background Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required School-based or classroom experience preferred Proven track record supporting students with ASD and intensive behavioral needs Proficiency with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), behavioral tracking methods, and de-escalation strategies SafetyCare training strongly preferred Excellent teamwork and communication skills Responsibilities Work one-on-one and in small groups with K-2 students requiring intensive support Implement individualized behavioral interventions and classroom strategies Collect data and monitor student progress on goals and behavior targets Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to maximize student outcomes Support a positive, safe, and structured classroom environment Step into a role where your expertise truly matters.
