Desired Qualifications:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or clinical setting. Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior modification strategies. Ability to collect accurate data and provide timely, detailed session notes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, educators, and clinical supervisors. Compassion, patience, and the ability to motivate students. Adaptability in dynamic school environments and openness to feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct behavioral support to students according to individualized behavior plans designed by supervising BCBAs. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenges. Collect, maintain, and analyze data on student progress and communicate findings to supervisors and teaching teams. Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate recommended interventions into daily routines. Support students through one-on-one or small group instruction, utilizing evidence-based ABA practices. Maintain confidentiality and exhibit professional integrity at all times.
