Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required. Experience delivering behavioral services in school environments. Comfortable working with students across a range of age groups and developmental levels. Strong team player, able to engage effectively with fellow BCBAs. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently without RBT supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with educators, school staff, and other BCBAs to ensure high-quality student care. Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions. Train staff on positive behavioral strategies and ongoing best practices. Engage in consultation across three conveniently situated school buildings, ensuring consistent support for students. Document progress, update goals, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
