Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school or clinical setting with students with autism and/or emotional and behavioral disorders.
Demonstrated expertise in data collection and analysis to inform behavioral programming.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and with the families of Marblehead.________________________________________
Familiarity with IEP development and special education compliance.

The BCBA will provide behavioral support services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), emotional and behavioral challenges, and other disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven decision-making, functional behavior assessments, and the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Key Responsibilities:
