As a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission by providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to our clients.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team in Methuen, MA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing behavioral interventions, and providing training and support to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients Implement behavioral interventions and train RBTs on program implementation Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs to ensure high-quality services Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation Collaborate with colleagues, Families, and other professionals to develop and implement client plans Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education) Minimum 0 years of experience working with individuals with ASD Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
