ProCare Therapy is looking for two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a supportive, specialized program for students on the Autism Spectrum at a K-4 public school in Natick, Massachusetts. The Schedule 30.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday School hours of 8:20 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 30-minute duty-free lunch each day Evenings and weekends now belong to you! What You'll Do:

Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs with students Support students throughout the school day, in the classroom and in small groups Collect accurate data and document progress Work alongside teachers, therapists, and program staff to help each student succeed What You Bring Active RBT certification A patient, positive, and encouraging approach Reliability and a team-first attitude Experience with children on the Autism Spectrum is a plus!
