9681659-01760 Job Description Discover a dynamic opportunity supporting elementary-aged students on the Autism Spectrum in a vibrant educational setting near Natick, MA. Two full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are needed to join a dedicated program serving grades K-4. As an RBT or experienced ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based support to students, collaborating with educators and families to achieve meaningful outcomes. Your workweek will align with school hours, 8:20 AM to 3:00 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with the contract extending through June 22, 2027. There is an immediate need, so candidates who can start as soon as possible will receive prompt consideration.

Qualifications and Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Experience supporting students on the Autism Spectrum strongly preferred Background in ABA therapy within a school or pediatric setting Comfortable working with K-4 caseloads in a collaborative environment Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive school community

Key Responsibilities:
