HUMANITAS
provides home based ABA services. We pride ourselves in providing accessible, high-level care for our clients. We are currently hiring 1:1 behavior technicians for in-home services in Chestnut Hill and Newton. Preference will be given to those with prior experience working with children (ages 3-10). Come work with us if you seek: Growth opportunities Flexible working hours Relaxed atmosphere Requirements Experience working with children with Autism and/or RBT certification. Valid driver's license and vehicle. Must be able to pass a background check (CORI, SORI, etc) Availability to work at least 3 afternoons, between 3:30 - 7:00 PM. Weekend morning opportunities also available. Responsibilities Travel to client's home and/or daycare for services. Implementation of treatment plans written up by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implementation of programs based on ABA principles to increase communication, self-help, social and play skills and/or decrease maladaptive behaviors. Collecting programmatic and behavior data. Submitting programmatic and behavior data to supervising BCBA. Communicating behavioral intervention results to parents/caregiver and supervising BCBA.
