Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location:
Newton, MA (We also have positions in Quincy, Boston, and Lowell)

Full-Time | Monday•Friday | 8:30 AM•5:30
PM Job Description:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, clinical supervision, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective and ethical service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments, functional behavior assessments, and ongoing evaluations Develop, implement, and modify individualized ABA treatment and behavior support plans Supervise and oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality and consistency of services Provide clinical mentorship, supervision, and professional development support to RBTs Monitor client progress through data analysis and make data-driven treatment adjustments Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and long-term success Collaborate with families and other professionals, including speech and occupational therapists, to support coordinated care Ensure all services, including remote sessions, comply with BACB ethical standards, telehealth best practices, and insurance requirements Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Education and Experience Requirements:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of BCBA experience preferred
