We are seeking a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic and supportive team at our Center-Based Program in Newton, MA. What You'll Do Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to guide individualized treatment planning Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior support plans Oversee and support the implementation of programming by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality and consistency Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs, supporting their professional development and clinical success Monitor client progress using datadriven decisionmaking and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide family training and support to encourage generalization of skills and support treatment success Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to deliver cohesive care
Education/Experience and Other Requirements:
Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential, or eligibility to obtain Reliable access to technology (laptop, internet) for communication and data management Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fastpaced environment Experience designing treatment plans and intervention programs Strong supervisory, mentoring, and communication skills Proficiency with technology for tracking data and designing effective programs Ready to Join Us?
