Retirees welcome!!1. Will implement student goals and behavior management procedures according to student IEP2. Will collaborate with pertinent staff to develop Behavior Intervention Plans3. Will record behavior data, and other data as specified in the Behavior Intervention Plan and IEP.4. Will provide a safe learning environment for all students using positive behavioral interventions.5. Will implement specific strategies, behavior interventions and social skills groups as identified through special education teacher.6. Will assist with instruction as outlined by teaching staff7. Will work collaboratively with adjustment counselor and teachers to provide an environment conducive to improving student performance. 8. Will attend training including but not limited to Nonviolent Physical Intervention and department meetings as needed.9. Will conduct training for staff on an as needed basis
