Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience supporting children or young adults with autism spectrum disorders or behavioral challenges Familiarity with behavior intervention plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Strong communication skills with students, colleagues, and caregivers Ability to implement data-driven strategies and document progress in a timely manner Experience within school settings preferred, though not mandatory
Responsibilities:
Work directly with students one-on-one or in small groups to deliver ABA interventions and behavior support within the school Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans Assist with data collection and maintain detailed records for ongoing assessment and development Encourage positive behaviors and social skills, supporting each students individual education plan (IEP) goals Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings as needed Envision making a difference in the lives of students while developing your skills in a supportive school environment.
