9676624-01960 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students in a school setting near Peabody, MA. This short-term, full-time contract runs for six weeks, beginning at the start of January and concluding in mid-February. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring students succeed and continue their routines seamlessly during a staff members absence.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Prior experience working in school environments, preferably with students on IEPs or with behavioral needs Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with outstanding communication skills Reliability and excellent attendance record for short-term assignments Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and support individualized student goals

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and maintain data on student behavior and progress Support students within classroom and small-group settings, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment Communicate effectively with teaching staff, therapists, and administrative personnel Adapt quickly to new environments and student needs during the assignment period In this role, your work will make a real difference for students and staff alike.
