Job Description

Step into a dynamic, full-time contract opportunity supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in an engaging educational environment near Quincy, MA. In this onsite position, youll play a pivotal role spanning 23 school sites, collaborating with teams and making a direct impact on student achievement and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments for students across multiple schools. Develop, write, and adapt Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to individual needs. Collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data, preparing detailed progress reports for IEP meetings. Lead and supervise teams by training and modeling evidence-based techniques for paraprofessionals, RBTs, and classroom teachers. Foster effective communication with educational staff, administrators, and families, ensuring a cohesive approach to student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active and valid BCBA certification. State BCBA license required. Previous experience working in a school or educational setting. Familiarity with multi-site caseload management. Strong skills in mentoring and training education personnel. Comprehensive understanding of district and state guidelines for behavior analysis and services.
