Job Description

Help empower students and staff through your expertise in behavior analysis! This contract-based position offers an opportunity to make a transformative impact across multiple school sites near Quincy, MA. You will be instrumental in supporting students, collaborating with educators, and guiding behavioral initiatives throughout the school year.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, current and active Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential from the Massachusetts Allied Mental Health division Bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly valued Strong track record in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans Experienced in supervising, coaching, and training 1:1 Paraprofessionals, RBTs, and classroom teachers Excellent skills in data collection, graphing, progress monitoring, and reporting for IEP teams
Key Responsibilities:
Serve students across 23 school locations within the district, providing expert consultation and direct support Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments for diverse learners Write and continually update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans that foster positive change Collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data; report progress and recommendations at IEP meetings Mentor and model evidence-based practices for paraprofessionals, RBTs, and educators; deliver ongoing training and support Collaborate as an integral part of multidisciplinary teams to promote student success This assignment runs through the 20262027 school year, with 34 hours per week and a dynamic, collaborative environment where your advanced skills are highly valued.
