Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active and current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification Experience in school or pediatric settings is highly preferred Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring Strong communication skills for working with students, staff, and families Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable to changing needs in a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral intervention and support to students as directed by the supervising BCBA Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data accurately Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education and behavioral plans Participate in meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth and engagement Communicate regularly with teaching staff and families regarding student progress and strategies
