Job Description

Empower students success and support a thriving learning environment as a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Revere, MA area. This opportunity allows you to make a profound impact delivering tailored behavioral services within school settings and partnering with dedicated professionals, teachers, and families.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and best practices Ability to create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for various age groups Experience collaborating with school staff, administrators, and families Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Adaptable, empathetic approach when addressing student needs and supporting team members
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and use data-driven strategies to craft effective interventions Collaborate regularly with special education teams to guide program implementation and progress evaluations Support teachers and paraprofessionals through ongoing coaching, training, and model best ABA practices Document student progress, prepare detailed reports, and attend multidisciplinary meetings as needed Consult on classroom management, curriculum adaptations, and positive behavioral supports to promote inclusive learning environments This contract-based role offers the flexibility and variety you desire, while developing your skills in dynamic educational settings.
