Our team of dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians delivers evidence-based interventions that foster growth and independence. Collect and record data on patient behavior. Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively. Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT): Pay range: Hourly $18-$22 per hour Part-time Monday-Friday after 4 pm, Weekends open as well 15-20 hours per week Skills and Qualifications for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT): Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Ability to manage behaviors effectively Experienced in working with kids Join our team of Registered Behavior Technicians and make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities through compassionate care and effective behavioral interventions.
