As a crucial resource in the school community, you'll make an impact across four sites by partnering with educators, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams to elevate student success. Your expertise in developing and implementing effective behavior strategies will be the cornerstone of positive outcomes for both students and staff.

Key Requirements:

Current, active BCBA certification (please include a screenshot with your application) Demonstrated experience in school-based BCBA or autism specialist roles Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and crafting individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Proven ability to coach teachers and paraprofessionals, translating strategy into classroom practice Experience working with autism support classrooms and diverse educational teams Must successfully complete a drug screen and fingerprinting/CORI background check Reliable transportation for travel to four local school sites Strong punctuality and professionalism; timely communication required for any absences

Key Responsibilities:
