Job Description

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Exciting opportunity available for an experienced BCBA seeking a pivotal role supporting middle school students within an established LINKS Autism Program for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite position involves working with students across five campuses, providing both direct and consultative services in a collaborative school environment committed to student success. Ideal candidates bring expertise in autism spectrum supports and enjoy developing practical, evidence-based strategies for educators. Effective data collection and progress monitoring will be central, as will strong communication and time management skills to efficiently coordinate with staff throughout the program.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active BCBA certification Demonstrated school-based BCBA experience, especially with students on the autism spectrum Proficiency supporting educators with evidence-based interventions Thorough understanding of effective data collection and progress tracking Strong organizational abilities and reliable follow-through Bilingual skills highly preferred Ability to pass all required background, fingerprinting, and drug screening checks Reliable transportation to travel between campuses as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized interventions for middle school students with autism Provide consultation and support to educators and staff to ensure effective intervention strategies Monitor student progress; collect and analyze data to inform ongoing programming Maintain sensitive, professional communication with interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with all district protocols and state regulations Uphold schedule commitments and notify designated contacts if unable to attend This contract opportunity runs August 2026 through June 2027 and promises meaningful professional growth in a supportive, collaborative educational setting.
