Qualifications & Experience:

Active and appropriate MA BCBA licensure/certification required Experience providing behavior analysis services in school settings preferred Skilled in staff supervision, training, and consultation Strong communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee support staff delivering ABA services across two schools Consult with teachers, offering guidance on behavior intervention strategies Monitor progress and adjust behavioral plans as needed for students in grades 2-8 Maintain comprehensive documentation and communicate progress with families and educational teams Contribute to a positive and collaborative school environment
