Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification (must include proof) Strong background in school-based BCBA/Autism interventions Experience completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and crafting Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Proven success coaching teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior strategies Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites (reliable transportation required) Successful completion of a drug screen and fingerprint/background check
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite behavior consultation across four schools Conduct FBAs and develop targeted BIPs for students with autism Offer instructional coaching and support to classroom staff Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success Ensure timely, effective communication and advocate for student needs
