Qualifications:
Valid BCBA certification/license (required) Experience in school-based settings preferred Bilingual skills are a plus Strength in time management, organization, and supporting educators in implementing evidence-based practices for students with autism Skilled in data collection and progress monitoring Must have reliable transportation Must pass drug screening, fingerprinting, and background/CORI checks
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative BCBA services to middle school students within the LINKS Autism Program (onsite only) Collaborate with educators and staff across five campuses in the Springfield Empowerment Zone Develop and oversee data-driven intervention plans Assist teachers with effective classroom management and individualized student programming Maintain accurate records and track student progress Enjoy the adventure of travel, build lasting relationships, and accelerate your professional journey—all while making a meaningful impact.
