ABA Behavior Technician - Join Our Team Join Champions ABA - MA's dynamic team of professionals dedicated to providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy in Taunton, MA. As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized behavior therapy services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Our team is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters growth, creativity, and open communication.
Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, and community settings Implement behavior plans and strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address client needs Collect and record data on client behavior and progress Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy About the

As a vital member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including BCBAs, therapists, and support staff, to deliver high-quality services and achieve optimal client outcomes.
