Centria Autism is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, centers, schools, and community settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs, run structured and play-based teaching programs, and accurately collect and record behavioral data. You will collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary clinical team, receive structured training and ongoing supervision, and gain a clear career path within a mission-driven, child- and family-centered organization focused on clinical excellence and ethical, high-quality care. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism across home, center, school, and community settings. Implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs with fidelity to clinical protocols. Collect, record, and report accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during each session. Use evidence-based teaching methods, including DTT and NET, to build communication, social, and daily living skills. Follow behavior intervention plans to safely and consistently respond to challenging behaviors. Collaborate and communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs, caregivers, and team members. Participate in required training, supervision, and performance feedback to build ABA competencies. Maintain client safety, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical and quality standards at all times.
