Key Responsibilities:

Provide consultative support to staff, ensuring best practices in behavior management and intervention Conduct comprehensive behavioral and functional assessments, delivering insightful analytical interpretations Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to students needs Offer training and guidance to educators, paraprofessionals, and families to promote positive environmental changes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in meetings and progress reviews Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical guidelines Additional role specifics will be discussed during the interview process

Desired Qualifications:
