You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing support, and clear pathways for growth in ABA, education, and clinical roles. What You'll Do Implement ABA programming with an assigned 1:1 patient Support behavior intervention plans Assist with ADLs, including toileting and mealtimes Help keep patients engaged, supported, and progressing What You Bring A high school diploma (or GED) and 12 months of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, transition-age youth, or families. An associate's degree in a human, social, or educational services discipline (or a related behavior management degree/certification) and six months of experience working with the populations listed above. Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) and three months of experience working with the populations listed above. Experience with ABA/special needs preferred High school diploma required Willingness to learn and grow Why Proven Paid training and supervision for RBT certification pathway + additional growth and advancement opportunities available!
