Job Description

Make a positive impact on students' lives as a School-Based BCBA/Autism Specialist in a vibrant educational environment near Westfield, MA. This full-time, onsite contract role for the 2026-2027 school year offers a chance to support students and teams across four school sites, focusing on evidence-based behavioral strategies, collaboration, and professional growth. As a valued BCBA/Autism Specialist, you will:
Desired Qualifications:
Hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Bring experience as a BCBA in school-based settings (autism support preferred) Demonstrate proficiency in completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Skillfully coach and support teachers and paraprofessionals on the implementation of behavior strategies Collaborate positively with multidisciplinary teams to increase student success Travel reliably between multiple school sites (reliable transportation required) Pass drug screening, fingerprinting, and CORI/background checks
Your Role Will Include:
Consulting with staff and conducting FBAs and BIPs for students across four sites Delivering hands-on classroom coaching and supporting teachers and paraprofessionals serving students with autism Collaborating with special education, clinical, and teaching teams to design effective interventions Documenting findings, maintaining compliance, and supporting data-driven planning Communicating professionally, arriving and departing according to schedule, and following absence reporting protocols Why Make This Move?
