BCBA Onward Education - 3.7 Westwood, MA Job Details Full-time | Contract $50 - $55 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications Licensed Behavior Analyst Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst Board Certified Behavior Analyst Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Onward Education is partnering with a public school partner in Norfolk County, MA to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site assignment supporting students across the district for the 2026/2027 school year . In this school-based BCBA role, you'll partner with educators and related service teams to assess student needs, develop and support behavior intervention plans, and strengthen evidence-based, positive behavior supports across learning environments. This position is a great fit for a collaborative clinician who enjoys being in schools, coaching staff, and using data to drive meaningful student progress.

Middle and elementary schoolResponsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and review existing behavioral/educational data to identify functions of behavior. Develop and support implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) focused on skill-building and replacement behaviors. Create practical systems for data collection and progress monitoring, and adjust intervention strategies based on outcomes. Provide training, modeling, and coaching to teachers and paraprofessionals to support consistent implementation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (special education, school psych, SLP/OT, administration) to align behavioral supports with student goals. Partner with families/caregivers as needed to promote consistency across settings. Support classroom/environmental modifications and contribute to PBIS and other school-wide behavior supports.Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification (required) Active LABA (Massachusetts) license Experience supporting students in school-based settings (preferred) Strong skills in behavior assessment, plan development, staff coaching, and data-based decision making Ability to build trust with teams and communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholdersWhat We Offer:
