This is a full-time, in-person role working under the supervision of the Special Education Director , supporting students across PK-12.

$75/hour Key Responsibilities The BCBA will maintain responsibilities outlined in the BACB Ethical Code , including but not limited to: Develop and implement behavior support plans (BIPs) based on comprehensive assessments and informed, signed consent. Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and provide appropriate clinical recommendations. Design skill acquisition programs with individualized, observable, measurable, and socially significant goals. Develop and oversee data collection systems for students and classrooms. Graph, analyze, and interpret behavioral data; monitor progress and procedural integrity. Train and support school staff, paraprofessionals, students, and families using Behavior Skills Training (BST) (instruction, modeling, rehearsal, feedback). Supervise implementation of behavior plans through observation, modeling, coaching, and ongoing staff training. Attend and participate in IEP Team meetings, consultations, and program/administrative meetings as required. Review, edit, and ensure implementation fidelity of IEP behavior goals . Collaborate with educators and related service providers around curriculum modifications, accommodations, and social skills programming. Maintain accurate student records and documentation in accordance with ethical and district guidelines. Stay current with district, state, and professional policies and best practices.Qualifications Required:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field MA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience supervising ABA Technicians and/or paraprofessionalsPreferred:
