Job Description

Overview First Steps Developmental Services is a new center-based early intervention ABA program opening in Woburn, MA. We specialize in helping children ages 2-6 build communication, social, and independence skills through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. We're looking for energetic and caring Registered Behavior Technicians in a part-time capacity to join our growing team! What You'll Do Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy to children under 6 years in a fun, supportive environment and across center, school and home settings. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Use play-based teaching to develop communication, social, and daily living skills Collect and record accurate session data Receive regular training, feedback, and career development opportunities

Master Program Access:
First Steps works in conjunction with Regis College and Northeastern University to mentor and support the next generation of BCBAs. Who We're Looking For Passion for working with children and making a lasting difference High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred) Experience with children, especially in special education or childcare (preferred) Willingness to learn and follow treatment plans consistently Ability to kneel, squat, lift up to 30 lbs, and engage in active play Must pass a background check
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, flexible start/end times between 8:30am-6:00pm No nights or weekends How to
