OTA The Koomar Center, part of the Cicero Therapies Family of Practices, is currently seeking a RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our growing team. We are dedicated to supporting children and their families in reaching goals and building skills and behaviors in the most meaningful and motivating ways.

We seek candidates with a positive outlook and the ability to fit in with our upbeat and quality-minded corporate culture.
Our Ideal Candidates Will Have The Following Qualifications:
At least 1 year working under a BCBA as an BT RBT designation required OR must obtain within 90 days of joining the company Availability to work within the hours of 8:00AM - 4:30 PM Strong communication and written skills MUST have excellent attendance Position responsibilities: Implement treatment programs under the guidance of a BCBA Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, etc.) on a weekly basis to ensure continuity of care Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor. Collect and record data on patient behavior. Collaborate and communicate clients, parents and staff. Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family. Qualifications:
Certificate, Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a behavioral health or related field (preferred). Relevant experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills. Computer skills.
Essential Job Functions:
Able to provide consistent attention and care for the client, up to 2 hour long sessions Ability to sustain long periods of sitting or standing Excellent communications skills to effectively interact with patients Ability to bend, squat, lift, and lower a minimum of 20 pounds (must be able to lift and carry clients) Must be able to have flexible scheduling Ability to communicate with your team through phone and email in a timely manner Expected hours: 40 per week
