9676362-01604 Job Description Make a real difference every day by supporting students across elementary and middle school settings in this dynamic, full-time contract position. This opportunity provides 35 hours per week and begins as soon as possible, with the potential to extend through June 15, 2027, if additional internal hiring does not occur. You'll be working onsite in both elementary and middle school environments, collaborating with teams to design and implement strategies that ensure every student gets the support they need.
Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials required Active license/certification in Massachusetts Previous school-based experience is a must Onsite availability; not a remote role Ability to complete a CORI background check and fingerprinting in person at the district main office Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting both substantially separate and inclusion models
Responsibilities:
Provide consultation, support, and collaboration for students in both inclusion and substantially separate programs, as specified in their IEPs Work with educators and school support staff to deliver proactive behavior intervention plans Collect data, monitor student progress, and adjust recommendations and strategies as needed Participate in IEP meetings, sharing your insights to inform appropriate service delivery and programming Ensure compliance with all relevant district, state, and federal guidelines The district values forward-thinking professionals who can seamlessly step into a variety of school environments and foster positive outcomes for students.
