Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring they align with best practices in ABA and behavioral health. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform intervention strategies. Collect and analyze data meticulously during sessions to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and ensure data-driven decision-making. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians, caregivers, educators, and other team members to promote consistency and fidelity in intervention delivery. Perform client assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with autism spectrum disorders or other neurodevelopmental disorders. Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and legal adherence. Communicate effectively with clients' families, school personnel, and healthcare providers to support comprehensive care coordination and client communication. Qualifications Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification; current certification required. Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessment methods, and behavioral health principles. Experience conducting behavioral assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and utilizing data collection tools effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management related to patient care. Prior experience working in home-based settings or schools supporting children with disabilities is highly preferred. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and healthcare teams. Ability to handle sensitive information professionally while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
