Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support. Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Skills and Qualifications:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Minimum 1 years experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
