What We're Seeking:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Active BCBA license issued by the state of Maryland Experience providing behavior intervention and support services in a school-based environment helpful Skilled in conducting functional behavior assessments and designing individualized behavior intervention plans Ability to collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to implement meaningful strategies Strong communication skills and a commitment to advocating for student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee development, implementation, and progress monitoring of behavior intervention plans for a K-12 caseload Conduct assessments and collect data to drive positive behavioral change and student growth Provide ongoing training and consultation to school staff and caregivers Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration of behavioral supports within each student's educational program Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and procedural standards as outlined by BACB and school policies Contribute to an inclusive and supportive school culture where every student has the tools to succeed This full-time contract position provides a fulfilling chance to make a significant impact in the lives of students while working in partnership with passionate educational professionals.
