Job Description

Make an impact supporting K-12 students as a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a contract position! This full-time opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with educators and families, providing expertise and guidance in behavior management within a school setting. You'll work with a diverse student population, helping create positive learning environments and supporting students success.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Active BCBA certification and Maryland BCBA license (required) Prior experience delivering behavioral services in schools or educational environments Proven ability to manage and support K-12 student caseloads Strong communication skills for collaboration with educational teams, parents, and students Ability to adapt interventions based on student needs and data-driven insights
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data to inform practice Train, coach, and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in evidence-based behavioral strategies Collaborate as a crucial member of multidisciplinary teams to advance student progress Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to ensure compliance with education and regulatory guidelines
