This full-time contract offers a unique opportunity to support the Pyramid Program, delivering vital behavior and therapeutic interventions to students facing significant social and emotional challenges. This integrated, small group setting is designed to promote growth and positive outcomes within a supportive educational environment. Begin as soon as possible, with flexibility to shadow the current BCBA until their leave begins in December. Your work will continue through the end of the academic year, concluding in early June. Qualifications:
Valid BCBA licensure, with up-to-date credentials required Previous experience in educational or therapeutic school-based settings preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Comfortable working in small, structured environments providing intensive supports Ability to adapt to evolving student needs and program goals Commitment to upholding best practices in behavioral analysis and intervention
What Youll Do:
Deliver direct and consultative BCBA services for the Pyramid Program at the middle school level Develop, train, and support implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans Work with special education, counseling, and general education teams to ensure cohesive intervention strategies Attend meetings as needed, sometimes extending beyond regular school hours Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation and progress monitoring Serve as a positive advocate for students with social-emotional and behavioral needs Seize this opportunity to provide essential behavioral support and collaborate within a dynamic educational community.
