What you bring:

Valid and current BCBA licensure Experience supporting students with intensive behavioral, social, or emotional needs Familiarity with school-based services or similar educational settings Strong teamwork, communication, and data documentation skills Ability to lead, model, and coach intervention strategies for staff and support personnel Flexibility for occasional after-school meetings as required What youll do: Serve as the BCBA for the Pyramid Program, delivering behavioral and therapeutic support services Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Work closely with educators, related service providers, and families to foster student success Provide ongoing staff training and consultation to support best practices Participate in IEP meetings, data reviews, and multidisciplinary teams Support integrated programming within a general education setting Maintain detailed records and prepare progress reports as needed This is a full-time, 40-hour contract position (7:45 am3:15 pm, with some after-school meetings) through the end of February. The role is based in a middle school setting with the dedicated Pyramid Program, where youll make a direct impact on students day-to-day experience and long-term outcomes.
