Bring your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to make a meaningful impact in elementary education. Two full-time RBT professionals are needed to support young learners at Butterfly Ridge and Orchard Grove Elementary Schools. This contract position begins as soon as possible and runs through November 13th, with the possibility of extension based on student and school needs. At Butterfly Ridge Elementary, youll provide vital school and crisis support for elementary students across Pre-K through 5th grade who present with a range of behavioral and developmental needs. Over at Orchard Grove Elementary, youll deliver targeted, student-specific assistance within the Learning for Life Program, focusing on promoting successful learning outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Active and current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is mandatory Experience working in schools or educational settings preferred Strong skills in crisis intervention, behavior modification, and data collection Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and specialized support staff Compassionate, patient, and adaptable in dynamic environments

Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral interventions to students as outlined in their individualized plans Implement crisis support techniques and reinforce positive behaviors Track and document progress, behaviors, and interventions daily Work closely with school support staff, teachers, and clinical supervisors Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
