Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part-Time About the Role Yes ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Cumberland, Maryland. In this part-time role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced clinicians to design and implement personalized, evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism and related disorders. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for leading our multidisciplinary team in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to parents and caregivers. Responsibilities Design and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism and related disorders Conduct assessments and create behavior intervention plans in collaboration with parents and caregivers Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure consistent and effective treatment Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff members Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless transition between therapy sessions Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans Participate in regular supervision and consultation with our BCBA Director About Us At Yes ABA, we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children with autism and related disorders.
