Behavior Technician:
Support individuals with autism in home around
LOCATION.
Teach essential daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. Collect and organize data during sessions, contributing to personalized client programs. Collaborate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision to continually grow your skills. Work closely with your supervising BCBA to implement customized behavior plans that make a real impact. Communicate proactively with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure every child's needs are supported.
Who You Are:
Passionate, compassionate, and excited to work with children with autism. Prior experience in childcare, especially with children with disabilities, is a plus. Available to attend our 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance are essential. A great communicator with a collaborative attitude. High school diploma or equivalent required. What You'll Love at
