Key Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational settings Familiarity with the implementation of behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collect and document data accurately Compassion, flexibility, and a strong commitment to student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions to students as directed by supervising BCBAs Support classroom teachers and school staff by modeling effective intervention strategies Accurately track and record student progress using established data collection systems Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment Collaborate with other professionals and school stakeholders to adapt interventions for individual student needs Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development activities
