Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Seeking two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a contract position in Delmar, MD, supporting a local school for the upcoming school year. These roles focus on training teachers with an emphasis on supervision and mentorship rather than maintaining a direct caseload.

Responsibilities include:

Providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to teaching staff on behavior intervention strategies and best practices Collaborating with school personnel to develop and monitor behavior plans and educational programs Using data-driven methods to enhance staff skills and student outcomes Facilitating professional development sessions and workshops Assisting in system-wide behavior management efforts and program evaluation

Qualifications:
