We're looking for an experienced BCBA to help launch our brand-new Easton, Maryland clinic, with an early intervention focus — a stable, predictable, fully clinic-based role with no travel between sites and a consistent Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule. About the Role As clinical supervisor in our brand-new clinic, you'll join a small team of BCBAs, each carrying a caseload of 5 to 7 young children receiving 1:1 ABA services, designing and overseeing programming that builds academic, social, and communication skills at the earliest, most impactful stage of development. Because this site is early-intervention focused, you'll work almost exclusively with children under 6 — a rare chance to shape a clinic's clinical culture from day one, within a team built by clinicians, for clinicians, where mentorship, clinical support, and predictable hours let you focus on what matters: quality care and professional growth. Core Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS) and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Design individualized programs and behavior intervention plans grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Provide ongoing supervision of ABA programming, continuously evaluating and adjusting based on client progress Deliver monthly supervision to RBTs and conduct quarterly team evaluations, mentoring newer clinicians as part of a supportive, growth-oriented team Lead parent and caregiver training, building strong, trust-based relationships while adapting procedures for diverse populations and respecting cultural context Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to keep client outcomes on track What You'll Bring Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Active BCBA certification through the BACB Active Maryland LBA license, or willingness to obtain licensure before start Strong communication skills and comfort working as part of a diverse clinical team Ability to bend, lift, run, stoop, kneel, and transition quickly between a seated floor position and standing Ability to work confidently with moderately challenging behaviors Bilingual skills are a plus Why BrightBloom Stability you can plan around: a fixed clinic setting, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM — no home visits, no travel between sites A focused, early-intervention caseload: work primarily with children under 6, at the stage where ABA has the greatest long-term impact Mentorship and clinical support: a team structure built to help BCBAs grow, not just supervise from a distance Continuous education: a $750 annual CEU budget, plus discounted continuing education through our university partners
