AbleMinds ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated RBTs who are passionate about helping children and families reach their goals through high-quality ABA services.

Pay Rate:

$25-$31 per hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in accordance with individualized treatment plans Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision Collect and accurately record clinical data Support clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills Maintain professional communication with families and the clinical team Participate in ongoing training and supervision Maintain accurate and timely session documentation Qualifications Active RBT certification required Previous ABA experience preferred Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and dependable Ability to work collaboratively with BCBAs, families, and other team members Commitment to providing ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care Why Join AbleMinds ABA?
