Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other licensed professional Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and responses during therapy sessions to ensure accurate tracking of treatment outcomes Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, toileting, and other self-care skills Use applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce problematic behaviors in children and individuals with autism Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by ensuring confidentiality and security of all medical records and documentation Collaborate with team members to develop, update, and implement care plans tailored to each client's needs Create a positive, engaging environment that promotes learning, patience, and behavioral health growth Qualifications Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavior management strategies Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients in developing independence skills Strong understanding of medical terminology, documentation procedures, and medical records management Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and team members Patience, compassion, and a proactive attitude toward teaching and supporting individuals with autism or other developmental challenges Join us in making a difference through compassionate care, innovative therapy techniques, and dedicated teamwork.
