r45047-21701 Job Description Step into an important role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working with a school near Frederick, MD. The position focuses on working with students with moderate to severe needs, helping them thrive and reach their goals throughout the school year.

What Youll Bring:

Current RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician) Experience supporting children or adolescents in school settings, with a focus on ASD or related developmental needs Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection Strong communication skills to collaborate with educational teams, families, and supervisors Compassion, patience, and drive to support students with moderate to severe needs Ability to start as soon as possible and commit through the end of the school year

Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, 1:1 behavioral interventions and skill-building under BCBA supervision Monitor, collect, and report on student progress and behaviors Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, therapists, and support staff Proactively adapt strategies to meet student goals in cooperation with the IEP team Support students integration and participation in the classroom as opportunities arise
