We are looking for individuals that are passionate about helping children thrive and want meaningful work to create real change. We are a warm, family-focused ABA therapy practice committed to delivering exceptional care for children with autism in home and special education settings. In this flexible part-time Registered Behavior Technician position, you'll work one-on-one with children, help them build life-changing skills, and be supported by a team that truly values you. • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills
• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA in your role as an RBT
• Track progress and collect session data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing RBT training and support What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for working with children and helping others succeed
• Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
• Experience in childcare, autism support, or special education is a plus
• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
