Job Description

Take your skills as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to the next level with a rewarding contract assignment supporting elementary students. Two full-time opportunities are available, with positions based at Butterfly Ridge and Orchard Grove Elementary sites. Assignments begin as soon as possible and continue through mid-November, with the potential for extension based on school needs. In these roles, youll provide vital behavioral support within elementary school environments:
Butterfly Ridge:
Focus on school-wide crisis assistance, serving students from Pre-K through 5th grade who present a variety of needs.
Orchard Grove:
Deliver program and student-specific support for the Learning for Life Program, making a direct impact on individual student progress.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Prior experience working with children or school-aged students is preferred Strong communication and organizational abilities Adaptable and able to address evolving school or student needs Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and other professionals Provide crisis intervention and general behavioral support as needed Maintain a positive, encouraging learning environment for students These roles offer a chance to build meaningful connections and provide support where its needed most.
